About Me

Kirsty Taylor - Psychic Medium, Poet and Writer is currently 24 years old, who lives in Glasgow, Scotland.
Recent Information:2013 Has been a breath of fresh air for Kirsty. Having Professionally balanced her work load and Private life. 2012 was a year that taught many lessons. These lessons have taught her to put her self first. Not to give out too much information surrounding her personal and private business.
Having had a break away from her Psychic, Mediumship work in the second half of 2012, Kirsty came back to her work in January of this year. She is now in full form, and feeling like her work has an even stronger link with the Spirit World.
Many who have attended Spiritualist Churches that Kirsty has worked at over the last few months have been extremely happy and excited to have her back working with them again. Some even saying she has a small fan club who purposely follow her from Spiritualist Church, to Charity Evenings.
Requests to book Kirsty for Spiritualist Churches, Charity Evenings and Private Readings continue to grow.
Kirsty is back bigger and better than before. Next year is looking very exciting. Keep checking back here to keep up to date with Kirsty's work.
Much Poetry, Creative Writing has been produced by Kirsty of the last few months. Having time out gave much inspiration and concentration needed to create some beautiful short Children's Stories and Poems. More up to date information to follow soon.
My History:
From two years old and onward Kirsty often spoke to "unseen" friends and parents Agnes and Richard Taylor just thought their daughter had a wonderful imagination and that Kirsty's "unseen" made up, friends would soon disappear.
When Kirsty started, primary school aged five, teachers often complained to Agnes and Richard that their daughter was always distracted and looking into space. She is a "day dreamer" they would say. Little did they know Kirsty could see children and adults in her class and around the school that others could not see.
Kirsty now speaks about how at the age of five she could not tell the difference between Spirit people and those who were alive as to her there was no difference. The "dead" people where very much alive around her. She recalls how she felt very emotional in primary one, adjusting to a new environment and trying to understand her feelings, thoughts and the things that she could see that no one else could. She had no friends in primary one and in primary two, the teacher had to ask the kids in the class to be friends with her as she could not make friends as well as she would have liked due to being bullied badly both in and out of school and having low self-esteem and no confidence.
Kirsty says, “I’ve always seen, heard and sensed things, since I can remember. Dougliehill, Port Glasgow. We stayed there for a very short time, but I could remember details even my mum and dad had forgot all about until I told them about the things that I experienced being a child. I can remember being in my pram, half sitting up and half laying down, looking to the inside of my pram, taking in the hood above me, the clear blue sky, and I was sitting in the shade outside. I had little frilly white socks and a pink dress and a little white hat that annoyed me as it tied under my chin.”
"My pram was sideways, and so the door was to my right side, I could see the River Clyde and the grass that went to a verge and I couldn’t see it anymore as it was a big hill downwards. I was ok when I faced the right side, but I hated facing on the left, which made the door now to be on my left, my pram again sideways. I could see the row of houses on the left side next to my house and on the right side ahead, just the grass and the River Clyde."
"Just in front, past my house I could see white edgings that ran round the outside of the very small car park and there was a big square drain, brown in colour. I hated facing that way, I just felt scared, an uneasy feeling. I started crying one of the days and my little nanny's voice (who is now in spirit) but at the time I could hear her voice talking from the hall way and sensed her looking out the door at me. I can still hear her voice so clear even now in my head thinking back. She’d say to bring me in and mum would say the fresh air would do me good."
"When I think back it’s so clear it’s like I'm back in my pram as a baby, I know how I felt as a baby. Many people ask how I can remember that far back. I just do and it’s not impossible, the proof is that when I give details to my mum she remembers that day with my nanny and other things that I remember in my child hood. I wish I could remember things today like I did, back then as I'm extremly bad at remembering anything now."
"Primary school for me was the worst experience of my life for many reasons; I struggled with the work they gave me as I couldn't concentrate on what I was supposed to be doing. I was very sensitive and emotional, one time the teacher shouted my name to ask me to do a job for her, and I bust out crying, as I did not like anyone shouting at me. The smallest little thing could make me, laugh, cry or worry in seconds. I could feel what other kids were feeling if i stood next to them, if they were angry I became angry and I didn't understand why."
“The first seven years of school was for me terrifying. Things always happened around me, in the house, in shops, but it was different from school as I spent many hours in school and there were loads of people. I would notice their energy and sense their emotions unintentionally as well as Spirit and that is why school was such a major experience for me. One I would not like to repeat. Everyone has to learn and grow. We grow and learn differently and no experiences are exactly the same and so how I felt about everyday things others will feel differently. High School was much the same and so by that time as I tried to switch myself off to these other feelings and "unseen" People, the Spirit people visited me less often in classes”
“By the time I was sixteen I began to see Spirit again because I chose to, as deep down I knew I was meant to. I could not hide from it forever. The spirit people reveal them self to me and I can see them clear enough. It is like having steam rising from the shower, hazing up the glass or a bit of clear card in front, that allows you to, still view them, but it is a little fuzzy. It is certainly not as clear as it was when I was younger. I can still see them clear enough to describe what they look like, unless they wish for me not to see them, which doesn’t happen a lot but can"
“I eventually got through the first few years of school by remembering the school attendance sheet as it were read aloud every day. Doing that allowed me to realise who was of Spirit and who was alive, so I could try to be "normal"
“At times I felt alone, as I were the only one around me that could do this so I didn’t talk about it to anyone due to fear of being a "freak" or being told I were crazy. There were times when I was very happy to just be on my own with my spirit friends as they were always kind, understanding and loved me for being me.”
In 2006, Kirsty decided to practise her gifts on family and friends.
2007 was the start of when Kirsty took her psychic, mediumship abilities to a completely new level. She came up with the entire concept of the very successful Spiritual Eyes - An Evening of Clairvoyance, her mum; granny and brother backed her all the way and took on the role as helpers to run the event with her. Tuesday 15th May 2007. The very first evening in the Port Glasgow Town Hall. Over 70 people turned up. Kirsty took the platform for the very first time with a friend and psychic medium Carol Stirling from Dunoon. Kirsty and Carol worked together, communicating with the spirit world for two hours of work with and for the public who attended.
After the success of that night, Kirsty asked those who attended, if they would like to have the evening to be a regular event and everyone screamed yes all except one, who said they did not like the evening. That one, negative response did not stop Kirsty and her family, with their support they continued for two and a half years. This was a massive risk for Kirsty as this was the first time that she would announce her gifts and work in front of a big crowd of people from her hometown. Kirsty was and is still being guided by her spirit guides and family. Having trust in spirit she went forward and hoped, but trusted things would turn out ok, or a learning experience at the very least. Being only eighteen years old when she started her evenings, this made her the youngest psychic medium in her area to start up an evening of Clairvoyance every week.
Spiritual Eyes - An Evening of Clairvoyance gathered a lot of people together, everyone was most welcome every week and to Kirsty's family, the weekly events were home from home and those who came along were like family to them as they meant alot to them. The evenings ended, Kirsty wanted to go on to work with her gifts in a different way. Sadly the doctor told her mum that she was no longer well enough to continue working at the event and her granny was getting a little tired and unwell too. Her brother wanted to focus on his on career and so it was time for everyone to move on to their own place that they were destined towards. The evenings ended after everyone at Spiritual Eyes, raised £12,000 for different Charities within the UK.
In 2010 Kirsty started to work at some Spiritualist Churches in Scotland and ran her on development circle every fortnight. Having being booked for a number of private readings and charity events. Also awarded a Local Heroes medal, Kirsty Taylor - Role Model for all her hard work and you can visit the medal in the ground of the Greenock West Steward Street, Underpass!
2011 Kirsty has and still demonstrates her mediumship and psychic gifts in a great number of, Spiritualist Churches, Private Readings and Charity Events. The start of the year saw Kirsty reading for Shoppers, giving their year ahead in the Greenock Oak Mall, which was hosted by Clyde One Radio Presenter Gina McKie.
July 2011 Kirsty had her very first book published. Poetry - With Psychic Medium, Poet and Writer Kirsty Taylor. Author House in America. Having many poems published in many magazines and articles over a few years it is good to finally be able to bring out her very first book. Kirsty is currently working on more written work and hopes to have more books published. Kirsty continues her charity work
At the age of eleven, Kirsty was diagnosed with Arthritis and has been in and out of wheelchairs and crutches, she try's her best to live a "normal" life. She can always be found still trying to help others in anyway she can either through charity or working with spirit. Sometimes there does come a time, although Kirsty hates it, but she has to rearrange things to suite her health. She fights through, pain and side effects of medications but somtimes she has to just give in and rest. Kirsty will only ever cancel if she really has to due to health or somthing without her control, she does not cancel anyone easily and somtimes it takes family and friends to take action and tell Kirsty to have a break as she thinks she can go on and on, however she is only human.
Kirsty is very blessed to have the gift of being able to talk to the Spirit world and for all the support that she is given.
